Joy, hope you are doing well.
Yesterday was not 100%. Today has been (so far). I'm not giving up on doing this right...hitting my new goal of 140# then transitioning according to the program's guidelines and then maintaining. I have been very successful in taking off a lot of weight--I want to finish, this job I've begun, properly and according to the Medifast guidelines. I will do this.
Yesterday's steps were approximately 7,400 but I also cut brush for a couple hours. That doesn't register on the pedometer as it is pretty much standing in place and using the manual hedge clippers (large scissor type tool). I did lots of bending over (cutting the briars off at ground level) and lots of arm moving. Worked up a sweat and burnt some calories

(no clue how many..don't care--I'm just pleased that I got outside and was active).
Figured out that I can be solidly in the fat burning state by Thursday and the cravings will be done. I can do this, if I want to....now to remind myself how much I want to do this and get control over myself.
