Medifast is filled with vitamins and minerals. I eat good quality veggies and lean protein every day. I also take a multivitamin along with 1,500 mg. of Vitamin C. I feel that I am taking care of my immune system as best I can. The multivitamin is something I've done for years, the Vitamin C I've taken off and on since in my early 20's--it helps strengthen the capillary walls so that I don't bruise as easily (this was per instructions from my OB/GYN, not sure if it works or not, LOL, as I take daily aspirin and bruise inspite of the Vitamin C). I feel that Medifast, my L & G and the vitamins that I take --- I'm taking care of that part of my health.

I absolutely refuse to go off program unless something happened that would take the decision out of my hands (thinking emergency that would hospitalize me). I am commited to getting this weight off and then doing Transition/Maintenance as outlined in the program.
Very little symptoms today...I'd better not cough tonight!

I hope everyone stayed on program--- you can do this!
