I didn't even look to see how long ago I made my last entry here. I haven't a clue if it was a week ago, 2 weeks ago or 2 days ago......don't care.
I've been off and on program. The scale has been up and down. I still am not down to my goal weight, but I am feeling very good knowing the scale will be back to 147 soon.
I'm still wearing my pedometer daily. Most days I'm close to 9,000 steps but it is the rare day when I hit 10,000. Exercise is still something I 'think' about doing and have yet to make a priority (some things just don't change--or at least haven't changed 'yet').
I placed a huge BeSlim order a couple weeks ago and have a nice variety of product. I keep wondering at why I am still buying so much MF product when I'm considering myself at goal and just working on maintaining my loss (just????
). I do like the ease of MF foods and going back to the 5/1, during this battle with getting and staying at 147, has been very helpful. I had no intention of continuing to daily/weekly/monthly use this much MF products -- but I do believe it is what has helped me keep my weight in check during this 'learning to deal with food again' period.
I still read the forums at least once a day but haven't felt that I had any thing to contribute at this time.
