G'morning, T. How are things? (And hey, I don't know if mine was the right choice. It was the right choice for ME ... I think.)

I thought of you yesterday. I was running around so much that I didn't drink anywhere NEAR enough water. First day in a long time I was that low, and I could definitely feel the difference.

Hi guys. Last two days have been compliant in the fact that I've not eaten off program foods. I have missed supplements and not been getting my water drank. One of my children is having some stressful issues so, as a mom, I'm stressing in sympathy. Not overeating, but also not having control of my days enough to get or think of supplements/water. Tomorrow should be better because I think I will get to be more in control of my time once again.

Well, not getting in my 5 supplements nor enough water has my weight up 1# today. :shock:

All was quiet during the night, with no phone call nor anyone arriving at my door, so hopefully my child (and their children) are okay. I am guessing they are and I expected that they would be...hoped so anyway.

Mary, yep, stress will take the focus off of food sometimes and also kill the appetite. I am aware that I need to get my 5-1 in today along with getting water drank. Seeing the darn scale pop up 1# makes that pretty clear. :?

An update, it is almost 3:30 pm and I've been ravenous since late this morning. I have drank about 70 oz of water so far, used 1 momentum shake and one of the infusers (Green Tea with lemon). I have another 33 oz bottle of water at my elbow and believe I will make it through the day on program.....but it hasn't been an easy day. Just to punish myself a bit more------I made brownies for my DH's work lunches..... oh man!!!

Just remember how you felt when you first were on program. How wonderful and energetic you were. That is what is getting me through my restart. You can do it. I had no intention to say that you were not energetic. Because you are. I meant being pumped up and excited after day 3 :mrgreen:
