Erica, often it is off program bites to cause my weight change so this isn't as painful except that I know I could have avoided adding that .5 back. if I had just drank enough......I guess. LOL (still not sold on having to drink to lose ;) -- just because I don't enjoy drinking water most of the time).

HB, not white here but slick as can be. I just walked out to the barn to check on the goats and did a little bit of testing---yep, slippery! LOL

I've drank 3 cups of water so far (9 a.m.) which is very good for me. I've got a 32 oz bottle next to me and will drink it --- even if it kills me  :roflmao: (yeah, kicking and screaming over having to drink it -- all the way).

Thanks for stopping by to say congrats on my 1 pound loss..not much i'll take'it..lol! AND i have the SAME problem with water as you..i find it SO hard to drank those required minimum 8 glasses a day LORD!...but i was told by my own healthcare physician that you DON'T hafta drink all that daily, and i even saw a special on that issue too where they were saying it's really not necessary, but that you can get water from MANY foods we eat that are hydrating...so maybe 8 glasses a day is a myth and maybe not..i dunno?

That's what the studies lately are saying, but ... I'm not sure it holds true when you're on Medifast, since you're not eating all those water-filled fruits and veggies all day long. (Plus those studies are usually just for healthy people, not necessarily people losing weight and definitely not people who are in even mild ketosis.)

Anyway, hi, T!! Just wanted to stop in to say howdy.

Good luck with the water, T. I have turned it into a sort of game.. where I try to get down 2.5 litres before I get home from work.. then I have 1.5 more litres at night. I religiously check off those little water glasses on S.I.M. too, it sounds silly, but it's really satisfying to see all those little check marks at the end of the day.

Hello everyone.

Thank you for all who've left a note since I was last here. I'm struggling right now so am just keeping to myself. I have good days and horrible days. Yesterday was awesome, 100+ ounces of water and great with supplements. The day prior was horrible. Today isn't so good....but it is only 10 a.m. and I have the power to make the rest of the day turn around or go further down the tubes.

I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to food and the mean things I say to myself over my choices/actions. I don't figure I need to take anyone else down with me by reporting my struggles when they are consistently the same, day after day. I will get through this time and I will get to goal although lately I've considered MANY times just tossing in the towel and giving up. Of course I will not....but it does scare me a bit that I even consider it at this point. Amazing that food is such a crutch and that I consider it a soothing comfort when life is hard---when, in fact, it is the opposite. In the way that I've used food over the past 15+ years, it has not be a friend, a comfort nor healthy. Using food as my drug of choice has made life more difficult, less enjoyable in so many ways and down right dangerous to my long term health. If I am aware of all of this then why in the world do I still turn to it? Incredibly foolish!

So...I'm still here, I'm still fighting with myself but I am aware that I am ultimately in control and I am making poor choices.

The babies are refusing to nap, so I need to go.... I'll check in for roll call if not before. Hope everyone is doing well.

Just tried one of the Strawberry Lemonade Momentum drinks in 20 oz of water. I liked it a lot.

After composing my previous post and thinking about what I've been doing off and on the past weeks.....I've (hopefully) purged the feelings and will be feeling much better about things.

I've drank 66 oz of water so far and done well other than one slip-up. I'm hoping I'm done with the self-sabotage. Only time will tell......

Just had to pop in to share about the Momentum Infuser. Good stuff!
