The babies aren't feeling well. One did get sick so I phoned their mom to let her know (she had phoned an hour earlier to ask how things were going). Lethargic and not their usual little busy selves. It has been 5 days since this 'bug' hit them, hopefully it will be gone soon. The urping sometimes only happens once a day, but appetites are small and it appears that weight is being lost. I believe a doctor's visit will be made tomorrow if there isn't improvement by then. Poor little tykes.

I must be in the Medi-groove, once again, as I've not had to watch the clock for my next supplement. When fighting to get back into ketosis, I try hard to will those clock hands to move *faster*......it doesn't work :lol:

but I keep trying. Today it has been easier to get to the next 3 hour supplement time....although cleaning up after a sick little one (and changing clothing on them and me) has a tendency to curb one's appetite anyway (sorry for the gross visual post).

Well, the afternoon nap did not work out, I hear one in there fussing so will go begin again..........

Darn it!!! I took too long in writing my post and got the Invalid Session notice. When I went back.....nothing in the little box. I did not save it as I should have --- so DARN IT!!!

I'm not going to try to recreate all that I wrote (it was long, thus took a lot of time and gave me the invalid session notice)......

Babies were checked by the doctor last night.....virus running its course, just watch them and bring them back if the vomiting continues through the weekend.

Weight, for the 3rd day, 147.5# I am on program.

That is it.

Still no new loss to report and I'm doubting that I will get to move my ticker tomorrow as I'm really doing lousy on the water consumption. I will think about it more today and keep the water bottle closer.

We were to babysit grands tonight (not the twins) for about 5 hours but it looks like that probably won't happen (one of the parents is ill) so it looks like I will not be doing babysitting for 4 days! WHOOOHOOO!!!

Free time for housework, holiday decorating and just down time. I love the idea.

Bitterly cold outside today. Oops! DH needs my help with something....gotta go!
