Tee,
Maybe you don't want to talk exercise, but....
I have come to the conclusion that lower weight does not necessarily equal a trim looking body. (Not just from my own experience, but from many other people and also trainers) Since I have started excising I have seen a big difference in my body shape and tone, especially muffin top, tummy, bra back and arms (gravity is a real drag though
). Maybe struggling for a lower weight isn't your answer. I know some people are going to be outraged
that I would suggest that perhaps you are already at a good weight and you simply need toning, but this is just my opinion. We pick our weight goals in an almost arbitrary manor when we start MF and then act like it is some sort of failure if we don't meet that goal, when perhaps it wasn't the right goal to start with. There is no harm in re-evaluating.
I have never been a person that exercises, but now that I see and feel the benefits I have a whole new attitude!
Why not join some sort of exercise class.
Gets you out of the house, has social interaction and it can be lots of fun and motivating. I am loving my Pilates and yoga. Though I walk every day by myself, I also meet with a walking group led by a trainer every couple weeks or so. It helps to challenge me a little. Make your exercise fun. Plus, exercise is so essential for maintaining weight and just feeling good.
You have done so great with your weight loss, now have some fun with exercise and I think you will be amazed in your body changes. BTW, a gal in my Pilates class has lost a whole dress size in 2 months with no other changes in her lifestyle!
I know I don’t post much in your journal, but I really wanted to share this with you.
