I have been doing a "back fat watch". ;) Whenever I am out and about I look at women that look ordinary weight or even slim and it is amazing how many of them have that little roll under the bra band on their back, or even a little bit of muffin top.

I know you can wear a cammie or something to hide it, but I would rather not have to do that. Probably exercise and toning are the only solution.

I highly recommend it! I've been doing pilates and toning exercises <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_5_126.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D7%252F7_5_126/image.gif"> since a month into the program. My weight loss has been slower than some (2.5# /wk) but very consistent and my "fat rolls" have disappeared. Even my massage therapist has noted my lean and toned condition. MF/TSFL encourages weight loss AND exercise for optimal health and they are right on! :jumprope:

I do plan on keeping it as my goal and if, by chance, I do decide that I need to take more weight off in order to look the way I wish, then I'll drop below goal as some others have done. I know that I do need to exercise to tone my body, but I still have rolls on my back which I have a hard time believing will be gone by goal... Will have to wait and see.

Oh, don't get me wrong, the second I hit 135 EVERYONE will know, even if I still am a little pudgy around the middle. So I will wait and see too but we are both going to get up on the rooftops, along with Mickey and let everyone know!

I will get on mt rooftop here in Calif, Biki can get on hers in DC and Tee can get on hers and maybe we can hear each other! I can be pretty darn loud, especially screaming for joy. I bet we could find a few more MF's to fill in the gaps across the US!

Mickey, I'm with you on the "back fat watch". I've actually been taking pictures of mine every week. (I know....I'm weird...but remember I've been isolated all summer!) Anyway, it's starting to disappear. Maybe someday I'll have the nerve to post the before and afters once it's all gone. ;)

Tawanda sounds like you are doing super on your water the past few days. I know it's a struggle for you so Good Going!

Hi Tawanda - your current picture is awesome - you have lost so much weight. It was funny to see you wearing the same thing before and now close to after. But comfy clothes are always best.

You and Biki are doing such an awesome job and you guys are so close to goal. Congratulations on all the hard work.

I have baby again today. He should be here within the next 1 1/2 hours. Had him last night after work and also on Tuesday. They really do keep you busy.

Congrats again...you both will be dancing and shouting from the rooftops soon.

Babies here today so watching them is all that I'm doing. I am just finishing up glass #6 of water. DH is taking some vacation time right now and next week so life is busier than normal.

I decided to stay off the scale until Sunday (hard for me not to weigh daily). No good reason not to weigh......just know it won't be good news and I'm tired of bad news. ;) Hopefully roll call will have me smiling this week.

Drank just over 100 oz yesterday, hoping to do the same today.

I did not weigh myself again this morning. It is hard to bypass the scale but I'm strong :roflmao: and I did it---two days in a row!

Still not positive that I will weigh tomorrow for roll call.........to be determined later....

After being so great with that water, I really hope you weigh! I need to know the results. So just PM me if you aren't posting them. But I bet they are great and you won't be able to help yourself!
