Hope you have a good day T! My grandbaby is here at the house. The husband and I have her cold so we are all snorting around here. Sorry about all the repairs, gosh, when it rains it pours.

Just finished 64 oz and filling up my container for the next 32 oz. :) Babies are napping (:D yea!!!) and I'm catching up on reading while sipping water (Pinks, I'm using my jug with straw and it does seem to make drinking the water easier).

Very good! I predict an even lower weight for you tomorrow. You have passed me when it comes to pounds until goal since I haven't lost any weight this week! I always said you would catch me but we were talking about weight. But now it's goal time and it's a race!

I have no doubt that Biki will cross the finish line (hit goal) first. Beauty (Biki) before the aged (me)......or would that be 'elderly'. ;)

Water...........the afternoon was a bit 'frantic' with the babies after they awoke from their nap. I missed a supplement, dinner was late because the babies' parents worked over a little bit......and water drinking went by the wayside until now. It is 7 pm and I've had 86 oz today. I will finish off the rest of this 3rd 32 oz jug--for 96 oz., but I doubt I'll drink any more than that... I'll be thrilled with 96 for the day.

Drank 118 oz of water yesterday, but got up earlier (4:45 versus 6:00) and my weight was up .5# (154#). Discouraging but I just gave a mental shrug of the shoulders and will keep myself looking at goal. The weight will come off and I will see a drop soon....I just cannot allow myself to become discouraged, disgruntled and angry over it. :D (Reinforcing self talk is happening a lot inside my head lately).

Mickey, Dede is close to goal, too.......and I bet there are lots of others who are under 20# to their goal. We're going to be celebrating a whole lot of successful 'losers' soon! ;)

At my return to turtle weight loss, I don't think I am the one who is going to reach goal. I can hope for the olden days when I lost 5 or 7 pounds a week. Maybe it can happen again. I doubt it. Also looking at my body with only 13 pounds left to lose, I don't think I am going to be satisfied and will probably lower my goal weight.

You girls should start a "goal watch" thread.

Unfortunately I doubt that I'll be content at my chosen goal weight, either. I do plan on keeping it as my goal and if, by chance, I do decide that I need to take more weight off in order to look the way I wish, then I'll drop below goal as some others have done. I know that I do need to exercise to tone my body, but I still have rolls on my back which I have a hard time believing will be gone by goal... Will have to wait and see.

Just had my first supplement (yes, a bit late on it as I had been up for 90 minutes), having my last cup of coffee and then will fill up the water jug (blech). I have errands to run today so we'll see how well I do on the water away from home.

I have been doing a "back fat watch". ;) Whenever I am out and about I look at women that look ordinary weight or even slim and it is amazing how many of them have that little roll under the bra band on their back, or even a little bit of muffin top.

I know you can wear a cammie or something to hide it, but I would rather not have to do that. Probably exercise and toning are the only solution.
