Hi guys,
I am taking a break from mf until the first of the year. I am too busy right now between my own job (72hrs/week), school, and working in my boyfriend's store for the holiday rush. I was feeling bad because of not enough calories/sleep.
I am going to eat healthy foods and try to go low carb while on break but I will surely be back on the first. I have been off for 4 days and have lost half a pound.
