This is my favorite, favorite Medifast meal, and I'd be a happy camper if I could eat it twice a day! LOL Once is better than nothing, and I "save" this for the times when I feel like eating "something".
1 packet Medifast Homestyle chili
1 cup salad greens
1 packet Medifast crackers
Prepare chili per package directions (I use 1/2C water, a dash of hot sauce and some garlic salt). After the chili has set for a few minutes, pour it over the salad greens, crumble the MF crackers over the top, and enjoy!
I use 1 cup of salad greens because I eat other "extras" through the day--pickles, celery, etc, but if it's towards the end of the day and I know I won't be using those extras, I add a bit more water to the chili and use more lettuce as well.
