WEEK - DAY 2

Didnt get off my butt last night to exercise. Here's to doing it tonight. I only plan on doing 15 min.

Other than that...woke up and had my shake.Weighed myself, up a pound, but I know it'll go back down...

WEEK 6- DAY 3

Just checking in...nothing big going on...down my full 18lbs again today..so I am cool with that. Other than that I will be back on it a bit...

I have a feeling I wont be making it to my Valentines Day goal...12lbs is alot too lose and I dont think it'll happen in 13 days...this week has been so up and down due to it being that TOM.
I have procrastinated the exercise...so yeah, doing great there! <----definitly sarcasm there....I just dont know whats wrong with me...

Yeah, I thought I would be around 139 for V-Day too. But with me losing a pound a week and still being around 147, That means I may only be 145 for V-day. It sucks.

WEEK 6- DAY 4

I am here....I checked in early just didnt have time to post. :)
So I am glad it is Friday!!!

I am feeling pretty good today. I will admit I haven't been 100% compliant this week. But nothing so drastic that I have really slipped up much for.I just get right back on track.Not necessarily good in general to eat off plan.But I refuse to beat myself up.So lets just day I am back on track today.

Tomorrow, I will be seeing my movie, "Because I Said So", and also taking my preggers friend shopping for baby stuff.

So thats pretty much it for now...hope everyones Friday is going well so far...catch ya's later. :)

Good to hear from you! I have only been compliant these these past two days this week. Today is day three. I didn't binge or anything but it only takes a little to throw the whole thing off sometimes it seems. I know you can get back on that horse. Talk to you later!

WEEK 6- DAY 5

Morning everyone! I am down a pound, however I wonder if it will be still be gone in the morning...

This morning I will be going to take my friend shopping for baby things.Then we are going to a Thai Place for lunch where I will most likely have chicken and brocolli,no rice. Then were hitting the theatre.So I wont eat anything since we will just have had lunch.

Other than that...thats pretty much it for me today. Hope you all have a good begining of the weekend.Catch ya's later. :)

Hello All!!!

Thanks for checkin' in on me Biki!!!

Well today is a new day for me. I am back on track after a week long of being half compliant.Gained back a pound.But today, I am re-focused. I have been doing great all day and have my eye on the goal again. I am going to try to get my big old butt on that elliptical tonight for 15 minutes.
Other than that, thats pretty much it for me.Hope all is well with everyone. :)

Oh I have also decided to cancel my V-Day Challenge. I will not be able to lose 12 pounds by V-day.So I am re-adjusting it. I want to lose 15lbs. by the end of Feburary.And it is definitly able to be done.So on my way to ONEderland myself. :)
