Well i got a compliment from my boss/friend today. She said I looked a little slimmer. It was nice.I feel it as well, but of course can't wait to really notice, notice it alot.
Gotta run to target tonight...my shoe broke here at work, so I am hobbling around looking like a dork. It is funny though.I have bad luck with shoes breaking.
I have been really turned off of the thought of eating the soups right now.
I have been using more shakes. I will eventually get bored of too.Which is when I will wind up using the soups again.

Today:

730-shake (first time with the swiss mocha-not too yum to me)
1030-new mint choco bar(thought I was eating the new one, I was
wrong.I love the new one.)
130- salad with chicken and maters
430-cappucino
730-soup or shake(I'll see what my mood is when I get home)
930-pudding

Someone posted earlier about seeing her Medifast as her medicine. I liked that. My pills at night taste the same everytime, but I take them because I have to and they are good for me...sorry the food is boring you. Have you tried all the supplement options out there? I guess I am easy to please. Three of my supplements today were vanilla shakes. It is really cool someone noticed your weight loss. No one has noticed mine that I haven't told "Look, I've lost weight!" or "Guess how many pounds I lost!"

Well I decided to have the stew tonight. I do get bored, but I will not stray of course. I like pretty much everything.I havent tried the pb or the fruit/nut bars or the chilli or the fruity drinks. I think maybe Im just in a little funk. But I am fine. The compliment helped today. All I see is my goal.I cant wait to get to it!!!

WEEK 5- DAY 1

Today starts a brand new week. And I have this new gum Orbitz Raspberry Mint.Very yum! I look forward to the day where I can have berries again! I love them!

Got new shoes last night.Theyre like little kitten heel shoes, black and strappy. I heard that if you use Liquid Bandage on the inside of the strap it can help prevent blisters etc. from hurting your feet so i am gonna try that. I also bought mederma to see if I can make a few of the new stretch marks I got more recently, fade away better.

Other than that not too much going on my way.Check ya's later. :)

I hope the Mederma works. I bought some to deal with the scars on my arms but couldn't keep up the committment to daily application! Maybe I should try again!

I hope that mederma works too...if not it was worth a try.Dont know unless you try right...

Today:
730-shake
1030-bar
100-chkn nood sp
400-choco pud
700-L&G
930-cocoa

Nothing big going on with me...tomorrow my boss is bringing in bagels and cream cheese for b-fast since we had money left in our monthy budget. Its gonna suck a smidge to watch others eat it,that used to be my b-fast for the last couple months before MF. I would stop at Dunkin Donuts and get a medium Caramel Iced Latte sometimes with or without whipped cream and plain bagel toasted with cc...thanks to having those, thats one reason I go so heavy plus a few other things...
But thats all the past of course. The happiness was drank down in a matter of minutes and miserable pounds later...so like I have said...I keep on keeping on...no looking back. New Year, new habits, new lifestyle, new me! Okay done with my peptalk!!! :)

I love that your "self-talk" is so positive! It is a good sign. :)

That is a fantastic attitude. You are NEW & IMPROVED! Don't worry about those bagels. You know what they taste like. ;)

You will be so happy that you stayed compliant and reached your goal that bagels will be of little concern to you. You will find greater joy in life things than you will in food things.

I have been on the Hong Kong Disneyland site this morning and finding out the best way to get there and became inspired to turn someone into a Disney character. With your coloring and sweet disposition, you were a natural as Snow White!

WEEK 5- DAY 2

Awwe schucks...I am a Disney Princess??? What an honor. I love Snow White and yeah I see what you are saying about the complexion. Thanks Biki...I like it.

Donica- I tell that to myself at times..."I know what _ tastes like so I am not missing it". I talk to myself alot more. And I am not turning to food emotionally. So thats a change too.

Well I weighed myself this morning and nothing...no biggie. I am gonna do more shakes for a few days b/c next week it will be that TOM so I probably wont lose much.I want to try to get down a pound or two at least, but I could be retaining this week as well,so well see..the luxouries to being a woman!

Well todays schedule should be:

730-shake
1030-pudding
130-bar or shake
430-shake
730-L&G
930-shake

I am glad you like your picture. Sorry if your face is a bit blurry but I was working from a very teeny picture! I didn't lose any weight either overnight!

Don't sweat the scale not moving for a few days...you can wait it out, I KNOW it!

You're so right about what you tell yourself...Like WE don't know exactly what _____ tastes like? We do, so it's not going to change, why miss it! You're doing so great!!

Thanks Dede...I try to remind myself of things I ate that made me get to where I was. I wasnt happy eating it, obviously. So I can learn to live without them, i mean its just food. I cant wait for the day I go back to doing things I really enjoy and try new things I have yet to experience due to my lack of self confidence.I have so much LIVING in me...I want this so bad!!! Is it worth a bagel? Nope. Chips? Nope. Ice Cream? Nope
Im not gonna ever say its easy, b/c its not.But I think the fight and the drive makes the success so much richer...

And again Dede, congrats on breaking that plateau!!! Very inspirational that you survived that dreaded time...be really proud!!!

I am hoping my scale will move soon...I know it will eventually. It has no where to go but down... :)
