So I recieved my new shipment of medifast before I left for work this morning. I decided to try a lemon bar. Not too bad I guess. I dont know what any old bars taste like so i cannot compare. But I feel my favorite bar is the new chocolate bar. I like the crunchies in them. I also got the smores bars to try. So i will have one tomorrow.

I was just walking down the hall to my desk and realize I feel lighter in my step.Thats a good feeling I tell ya.Cant wait for a couple of weeks to be to my mini goal.I then will be back in ONEderland...TO STAY!!! :)

Yeah I feel lighter on the stairs and just plain walking.I notice slight changes no one else would. Can wait to get to my half way goal...

I was invited out twice tomorrow night. To a friends birthday at a Martini Bar and then to a sports club called Gators.Of course I declined both. I just dont feel comfortable going out.No where near confident again.I wouldnt want to be tempted drinking yet either. That will come back into my life socially, Im sure, but not for a while.

Not too long though...a few months will go by and wa-laa...I will be out dancin and having fun! Cant wait!

Debra,
Isn't it nice to just notice little things that suddenly change as our bodies change. I'm happy for you!

When you're ready to venture out, I know you will. There's a time when you realize that fun is fun and that you can trust yourself out!

Good Morning Debra~ When you finish cleaning your car.......maybe you could come to Missouri and clean mine. Just a thought. ;) I have been putting off cleaning my car (outside any way) because we keep getting wet weather. We are expecting snow today and maybe lots of it.

This is how winter makes me feel........ :bahhumbug: I love spring, summer and fall in Missouri, but could live without winter.

Have a great day! You're doing great. I can't wait to see what your total week loss is tomorrow.

Congrats on the loss! I have lost 2 pounds or more overnight. The scale has its reasons that know no reason, to paraphrase Rousseau!

WEEK 4- DAY 7

Well as of today I have been on MF for a month now. Thats the longest I have comitted to a lifestyle change. Despite the cravings I havent cheated once. I have started to get a little bored with the foods but am staying on track and dealing. I figure maybe its just a phase. In this month I have lost a total of 16 lbs. so far.Clothes that are ususally tighter are fitting better now and I feel a little more energy.I have 14 more pounds until I make my Valentine's Day challenge (20lbs by V-Day). I will be very excited for then I will have re-entered the world of ONEderand. My goal for this next month is to begin exercising (yeah, havent started yet) and of course to stay 100% compliant.I know I can do it!!! Here's to a new month! :)

I am gonna try to post my meal plans at the end of the day.Since my moods for things at different times have changed I dont like writing a meal plan that is wrong.
