Morning Debra..... hope things are a little less hectic this week for work for you, and that your friend is doing okay. Did you ever get your car clean?? I'm going at lunch to do mine. what a chore.

Thanks Biki and QT. My morning has been smooth sailing so far. My friend is back and is in good spirits and I will keep her that way.

Nope, car is still unwashed.Told you I am lazy when it comes to that.LOL

Tonight I am going to try to find a new pair of pants for work. I hope I can find something.I am not a fan of shopping right now...I used to be and know I will be soon. :)

hey debra ~

wow! i am so inspired by your motivation & sticking with the plan!!! you are doing awesome!!

have you started your exercising? just wondering what you are doing. i think i will start walking my dog once my 3 weeks is up, as that is one of the easiest things for me to do. plus, of course, she loves it. i know last time on plan though, it created a plateau and i am hoping it does not happen again. i am going to start with just 15 minutes of walking a day and add 5 minutes each week (2nd week do 20 minutes, etc.).

just wondered how you were doing with the exercise?

Hey Mary,

Nope tomorrow will be my first day exercising.I will be doing 15 min on the elliptical maybe 3-4 days a week. And I am gonna try to get 2 days in of toning.
I am with ya I am hoping I dont plateau when I have just began. I think walking your dog would be great for you and her.
Your progress looks great.Keep it up! :)

WEEK 4-DAY 1

Morning everyone! :)

Well today starts day my 4th week. I am very happy. I will be exercising tonight since my work schedule was changed at the last minute today.Also still have to go pant shopping.I am in a positive mood so far...last night I got a little iffy.But I am still hanging in there and staying compliant.Thats all I can do.Keep on keeping on...

I should have specified...I will need to lose 30lbs total, to lose my 20 lb goal.I made the valentines day goal at my 10lbs mark.Hope that makes sense...but thanks for the encouragement eric! :)

Debra~ Enjoy your shopping! It is so much fun to buy new stuff especially when you know that it is going to fit better than it would have just a few short weeks ago. :mrgreen: Keep in mind.......in a few more weeks you're gonna need new pants because the ones you buy now are going to be too big.........then, in a few more weeks you'll need more new ones. It's a vicious cycle, I know, but we have to make sacrifices. :yay:

Well I wound up going home at noon today from work. I have been just so stressed at home and then with work.I wont go in depth just lets say I needed a mental break day. So I got home with a horrible headache and vented to my gram., which was very relieving, and then decided to take quite a nap.Got up feeling quite refreshed so I decided to go to JCPenny's to look for pants.
Despite my weightloss, I still couldnt fit in anything better than I did a couple of weeks ago. So a little dissappointed I just grabbed the first thing that fit, which were only 10 bucks.I am glad, b/c I didnt want to spend too much.Now that I am starting to exercise I will hopefully lose more.I am supposed to wear petites.But cant fit in them right now.So when I buy womens they go up over and around my hips....I hate it!!! They emphasize my gut. I need a lower rise but couldnt find any.Very frustrating,as you can tell, and cant wait til that changes.Sorry...just venting.
So got home and then my parents and I headed to Sonny's BBQ Pit for dinner. I am so happy...I did great. I got a charbroiled chicken breast with a little bit of bbq sauce, and two sides of green beans, which werent very good.They had no butter which I was glad about,but they were way too mushy and in a seasoning I didnt care for.But I needed my veggies so I ate them.And I gave my cornbread to my dad.
So all in all I guess my day was just another day. We rented some movies too.I am a movie buff...love em' all but my fave is horror...
I will wind up having a shake later for my last MF meal. Other than that here is to a brand new better day tomorrow. :)

Thanks Biki---I am glad I brighten your day. :) I sure am hoping today will be better too. I couldnt sleep last night.Got maybe 2.5hrs worth.So I know I will be tired.I weighed myself this morning and I am down a pound.So i guess thats good. Didnt get up an exercise due to lack of sleep so i will do it when I get home tonight.
