sweet pickles

Postby Loribug » January 28th, 2006, 4:30 am

my mother is diabetic and has been making these pickles for years, they are very good

large jar of dill pickles, slice about 1/2 inch thick
pickling spice
splenda in the box
cinnamin is optional

in original pickle jar put a layer of sliced pickles, layer of spice, layer of splenda, cinnamin, keep layering till jar is full. turn upside down every day or so and you will have the best sweet pickles you ever put in your mouth before you know it. (best results if you wait to eat in 2-3 weeks)
