Folks, I just received an email from our dear Kat and her Mom had a heart attack a week ago today (May 14th).

She underwent quadruple by-pass on Tuesday (May 17th). Please keep Kat and her Mom in your prayers.

Staying on a weight loss program is tough under the best of circumstances and when a loved one is ill, work is on hold, sleeping habits and places (hospital couches) are disrupted and we have the tendency to not eat properly or on time…let’s keep her uplifted and encouraged!

BTW, Gerald is a free man! The nurse removed Vic the Vacuum this week and it is official, the belly wound is healed!

His software business is in the midst of a wonderful debut so he is busy doing the Spidey Dance right now because of that good news, too!
