Hey, girls!! I wanted to drop in because it has been a while. I am still on program, its just been super busy around here! Saturday I bought my wedding dress and despite them telling me that Bride's always need to go up a size, I bought a 12 :) :) :) They didnt have the one I selected in a 10 but I swear I think I'd be able to wear it if they did! I'm holding off on alterations until May 22nd and I should be oh-so-close to my wedding goal by then since the weddign is June 12th!! I have 15 more to lose to be at my wedding goal - yippeee - I'm going to make it, I have ZERO doubts!!!

I have 45 left for my big audacious goal and I hope to get somewhere close to that goal this year. It's a weight I've not had since my early 20's so I dunno if my body will get there but I wont know until I try :). That's why it is the out-there-big-audacious goal :) -- which is wayyyy more than a simple stretch goal :)

I've decided to add in work outs to tone after the wedding. Right now I want to focus on doing what I know works without trying to focus on the work outs. Long term I will add them but not until after June.....It looks like my surgery will be in mid-July so I will be out a while with that. Although I plan to continue to follow MF before and after the surgery to continue the weight loss goals.

Well, that's it from me. Hope everyone is going great and sticking to the plan! It works - it really works :) Yippeeeeeeeeee I just know I'm going to hit that wedding goal -- and my dress rocks :) :)

Congrats on picking out your wedding dress! What a great feeling for you to go out and get the size you wanted. Be careful you don't lose too much and need a whole new one!!! But wouldn't that be a wonderful problem to have.

Hey, Ladies! It's been a while since I posted so I wanted to drop in and say that I am still OP! My weight loss has slowed down but I think that may be because I lost focus as I worked on other things in my life. I thought I was back on it totally and then realized I haven't paid attention to the number of meals I get in each day. I think some days I was only eating 2 or 3 times....oops! So, I'm back to 100% focus!! The good news is that I'm still losing inches! I had to exchange my wedding dress last week for a size smaller -- yee haw! Well, I have 14 that I *really* want gone by June 12th so I am 150% refocused on this plan!! I WILL DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to try to check in daily as I travel down the road towards my last 13 pounds till wedding goal. I often stop coming here because it seems as thought the place is dead but I'm going to see if it helps me stay focused and accountable.....we'll see...

Today I am -.4 pounds closer to goal :)

I am glad you checked back in! I am trying to get on here at least twice a week, but I feel like because I am struggling so much to even get on plan that I shouldn't be on here at all.

13# to your wedding dress goal? Pretty wonderful that you are so close!

I find that it helps me be more accountable to myself when I check in here, even if it is only me reading the numbers I put in my journal. I find that I hide from the site when I'm struggling which gives me even more license to eat off program (don't understand it but that is what it feels like happens).

Make sure you do the self talk to let yourself know/remember/realize that once you have the weight off for the wedding--that the weight is staying off. You will absolutely not allow yourself to regain any of it. You've worked too hard to regain the weight and have to travel this weight loss road again. Keep the weight off and go do other things with your time, money and life instead of beating yourself up that you are having to spend money, time, energy losing weight that was regained. I wish I had been smarter and had not regained the 38#.....it is so easy to toss up our hands and say "I do not care today! I'm going to eat everything I want!!" Don't do that hurtful thing to yourself, prepare your mind that this is a done deal......poor food choices in large quantities are not an option and the weight is not being regained.

I hope you'll share a photo of you in your dress at some point. Congratulations on being so close to your goal!
