I survived day 1 and 1/2 of day 2!!!

Postby pumkiepoo » October 16th, 2005, 2:53 pm

So yesterday was day 1 and i starting not feeling so well halfway through the day. I little headachy, dizzy, sick to my tummy so i laid down drank 4 glasses of water and took an aleeve. within about a hour i was up and kicking again. I love the dutch chocolate...not so much the vanilla but i got some orange soda, root beer and extracts to doctor it up. The oatmeal was a little bland so i'm going to had a splash of cinnimon and splenda. Today i feel great. I woke up hungry and was hungry for the first part of today but after my second meal i wasn't hungry anymore. I think the toilet is my second home and my pee looks like water  I can't wait till my first week is done to see my progress. Oh and did i mention how much i love the granola and fruit bar? To die for!

I had that icky feeling on about my 5th day. I never had headaches but that is probably because I didn't consume caffeine before MF so it wasn't a big transition for me there. I LOVE the oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda. I also like it with pumpkin pie spice..yummmy!! :-P I also love the granola bars and the caramel nut too. I have lemon bars on the way to me, I can't wait to try them. I am so happy that I love the MF food, it makes it so much easier to stay on program. I have been faithful for 4 weeks!!

Hi, Pumkiepoo!

You will survive and you'll be all the thinner for it, too! How about those two newbies there - both down over 20 pounds their first month and Jan is down over 40 pounds - Yippy! This stuff rocks! :kool:

The first few days can leave a person feeling like they have a little case of the flu but towards the end of the week, you'll be a :wavie: whirling dervish with so much :boing: energy! You'll get all your housework done and have time to check out the clothes in your closet that will soon fit!
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
