Hello everyone! I have been gone a while and just wanted to say HI! It was my birthday on the 10th and for two weekends in a row I was taken out to dinner. Wasn't "horrible" But not compliant either. Now I feel guilt to the upmost belief!! Anyway, I am back on tomorrow strong, but kind of like back to start. I have been on the program for about 8 1/2 weeks and lost about 23 pounds. Have about 30 more to go. Any support would be so appreciated. Has anyone ever messed up a couple of days ? If so, what did you do to get back on track? Thanks so much in advance Missed you all.
