I love it too Kelly! I log everything (weight, food, exercise) every day and I even look at my weight graph EVERY day. I just love watching that little red dot drop lower and lower!
I also love the weekly report you get with your averages. Helps me to understand why some weeks I might not drop as much as the week before (more carbs, sodium, etc).
