it's so funny to think you have it all under control and suddenly you've gained back 18 of the 24 you worked so hard to lose. amazing how it comes back just as fast as you lost it.

i really appreciate everyones stories (successes and failures) and the one thing getting me through this right now is nancy's mantra. you are absolutely 100% MFin correct, nothing does taste as good as thin feels! i must repeat that to myself at least a hundred times a day. the other comment i've seen in some posts is also helping a great deal. everything i feel like i want to eat will still be there when i reach my goal. i don't have to have it today.


i re-started yet again on the 3rd of this month. down to 175 (again) which makes 10 pounds gone....

great work all and thanks for the support!!! :smoke:

I am so excited with this program and my weight loss.

Although I have to admit that I made and error with my start weight. I typed in the wrong weight on my ticker last week. I actually started at 208, not 205. Doesn't matter either way, I am in "ONDERLAND" for the first time in 3 years. :cleader: :woohoo: Wish everyone could have seen my smile on the scales this morning.

You know what I just realized? This is the start of my 7th day. Tomorrow morning is my official one week. I don't think I will weigh in in the morning and convert everything over to making my weekly weigh in today.

I started on Thursday and I will be weighed weekly at my doc office on Thursdays..but (can this be right?) According to my scale I have lost 5 POUNDS since Thursday!! I am trying not to get too excited cause maybe my scale is a big fat liar :-P regardless I haven't see that thing go in the DOWN direction in quite some time. :)

I FINALLY broke my stall Ms. Nancy!!! WoooHooo! I'm down 2.5 pounds this week and WOW, inches too! My favorite shorts are baggin in the bootie pretty darn bad!! Put me in that 20# club Mr. Tim!! :coolnana:

I'm so glad I stayed off the scale and stuck to program. Reading about other "old timers" stalls sure helped keep me strong and plugging along!

I wish everyone a great coming week! We're on our way!!

Hey, Everyone!
Wow!! Incredible weight losses this week. I got over my 0.2 lb stall from last week, losing 3 pounds this week. That is 13 pounds GONE!! My next milestone is 5.8 pounds which will put me at pre-pregnancy weight and into a "new" wardrobe!

Kind of a slow week, scale-wise, but my 22s fit even better than they did last week, AND I think I'm down to MAYBE one more week with my 26 jeans unless I get a belt to hold them up. Nice problem to have, I think. :D

Anyhow, I'm weighing in this morning at 238.0, down 1.6 from last Sunday. A pound gone is a pound gone . . . I'll take it!

Congratulations to all on making it through another week, and especially to those who got bumped into another club. Hurrah for success!

Hello to all. I am glad to see everyone losing so well. This is my first Sunday post. I have been on the program for 1.5 wks and I am down 22 lbs. I am amazed at all the great people on this forum. For the first time in my life...I know this is truly a attainable goal. I see all of you making it a reality. Cant wait to see everyone's losses each week.

CONGRATULATIONS everyone on some very inspiring losses!!! I'm ending my fourth week on MF and I'm down another 3.2 pounds for a total of 17.8 pounds. What an amazing month!!

I love coming here each Sunday and reading everyone's successes and committment to MF. Next goal - twenty pound club next week. I know I can do this!!! Thanks for all the support and your amazing stories!!

Congratulations everyone on your losses this week! :clapclap:

This week I lost 1 pound. Not thrilling but certainly not demoralizing either. A pound lost is a pound lost, and is certainly always better than a pound gained! :D Especially with TOM having come a few days early this week, I cannot complain and will not! :mrgreen: Having been sick all week I am certain I didn't get all my water in either so all in all, it's been a decent week.

For next week I am resurrecting the same goal I had for this week....get below "100 lbs to go". I know I can do it!

Good luck to everyone this week as you conquer your demons and approach your goals!

Fantastic week everyone!! I am thrilled to report that I am down another 6 pounds for a total of 64!! Yay!! I am in the 60 pound club!!! Now I am setting my sights on the 70 pound club!! Congratulations to all who had great losses and double congratulations to everyone who reached a new milestone!! :mrgreen:
