Goodmorning everyone! I hope you all had a great week and lost a bunch!

I'm happy to report that I am officially back down to my pre-Christmas weight and as of today I will be heading into NEW TERRITORY!!!! Wahooooo!!! I'm so very happy about this. So I'm finally back down to 137.5 as it says in my signature and 3lbs away from the 80lb club. Perhaps this week? If no,t then DEFINITELY the week after. No doubt about it!

Good luck on the scales today everyone and if I don't make it back today have a wonderful and peaceful week with big drops on the scales.

Mornin' all and congrats Lynn! I lost 1 pound this week making my total 47.....inching my way to the 50 lb. club....maybe this is the week.

Let's try this again.......Lynne congratulations on doing such an awesome job on your plan!! You are even closer than me to your goal and it's so exciting!! :whoohoo:

As for me........I had a perfect week on plan until yesterday :? I didn't start out my day early enough and then I skipped a meal and I let myself get crazy hungry right before we left for the mall. :whattha: By the time we got down to central park my blood sugar had dropped to a crazy low and I rushed to eat.....and I ate and ate and ate :oops: With my diabetes I know better than that.......old lesson RELEARNED!!

So.....I lost 1lb this week and after yesterday I'm dang proud to get it!! I am 2lbs from my weight last summer when I quit the full program and started maintenance. I am 10lbs from my ultimate goal. I know this last 10lbs is going to be turtle slow.......but I also know I will get there and hopefully by my son's 2nd birthday on St. Patrick's Day!

Has anyone noticed besides me that the bathing suits are back in the stores already??? For goodness sakes...........craziness I tell you........but verrrrrrrrry motivating :shades:

I had a great week and loss another 6 lbs, putting me at 283. I hit the 30lb club and my motivation is sky high. I was able to put away all my 44in waist pants this week as they were falling off my butt. Breaking out clothes that I haven't worn in years is such a high. And you ladies think that you're the only ones with several different size wardrobes LOL !

I hope everyone had a great week as well.

Hi all!

This week has been a week of grat change. Thorwn away that supid scale which would weigh me with a 10pound difference in about 2 minutes, and got the Weight Watchers one.

Gosh, if you don't have one, go get it!!! It really is nice to have an accurate measure :D

Anyway, I lost 4 pounds this week. Seems like it's my new standard. Won't complain :D :D

Woo hoo! Good job everyone. It's nice to be losers eh?

I have the weight watchers scale too and when I switched to it from my old non-digital scale, I was up 7 lbs! I was shocked but I recovered.

Ok, so I started MF on Friday and I'm down 7 lbs in 2 days! This diet is sooooo easy to follow. I can't believe it. You get to eat very convenient food during the day and for dinner you get to eat a regular meal with the family. You can't ask for more than that.

Before this diet, I was on Atkins and lost 30 lbs in about 2 months (my highest weight was 252 lbs). Atkins was great for a while but wasn't working for me anymore. I think I'll stick to this for a bit.

This is a great forum and you guys are great people. The support is amazing. Thank you.

OK, I am happy to report a first week weight loss of 9 pounds!!!! :cleader:

I think I would have made the #10 club easily, but auntie flo dropped in (which also explains why I was wanting to rip people's heads off the other day and wanting to rip into a sub yesterday!).

You all are WONDERFUL and I am sooooo happy we're winning the battle of the bulge together!!! :lightbeam: :yes:

First of all, I must say that I am honored to be in the company of such a wonderful group of losers! Congrats to all of you!! You are an inspiration.

I began this diet on Wednesday, Jan. 11 knowing that I would be going off of it for a couple of days (Jan. 14-15) due to a pre-planned weekend away with my family. It may or may not have been a good idea to start the diet with a pre-planned "cheat" in mind, but I did it anyway. I don't plan to do that again anytime soon, though, especially since the scale is giving me such good news!

Since beginning this diet, I have lost 13.5 pounds!! I kept hopping on and off the scale, thinking it might change its mind and tell me my real weight or something!!! :coolnana:

My co-workers have already accused me of sounding like a Medifast commercial. Just wait until tomorrow! They haven't heard anything yet!

WOW!!!! What a great week for everyone. You all did so good. I didn't lose this week and I think I'm on a plateau. I've been on the program all week and ahhh :x ....still no loss.

Oh well, I will weigh in next week and maybe a loss................congrats to all........It's so good to see the pounds falling off all over the site!!!!

Sadly, I cannot weigh in just yet. I use the scale at the fitness center on campus because it is what I have gone by for four years....and they don't open until noon on Sundays. :( I just wanted to get on and say that I am so happy for everyone!

Lisa and Joyce....way to go girls! We all started the same day so I am psyched to see where I end up. I will touch base as soon as I find out....altough with any luck I'll get sidetracked dancing a little happy dance on my way back to the computer! ;)

I'm soooooooooo happy to report I am down another 5.5 pounds so my grand total for 2 weeks & 1 day cuz I changed my weigh day to roll call day is.....10.5 pounds!

I'm so happy I can hardly stand it! :D

I'm finally believing that I CAN do this. I CAN be thinner and healthier.
