Wow, congratualtions to everyone, unbelievable what y'all have accomplished.

Well, I haven't been on it quite a week yet but I am already down 7.5 pounds. I truly think next Sunday I will be in the #10 club chugging along to 20. Hopefully.

5 pounds for me this week for a grand total of 8 pounds.

I started on a Thursday (Jan 12) as well but going to start making my official weigh in on Sunday.

I'm loving this!

As for all you "Losers" - you all are awesome!!!! :goteam: Keep up the good work and keep posting your support, accomplishments, etc. It sure helps!

I'm thinking I might need a new scale as well.... I'll have to keep that one in mind.

Good luck in the upcoming week!!!!!

Good morning fellow MF-losers,

Kuddos to all. It's so motivating to see how everyone else is doing. Some of you are currently having rapid losses and others are going slow and steady. As we succeed with MF at different rates, it's great to have the support of each other, know we're not in this alone, and know we can do it by experiencing our own and others success.

Sticking to my restart and LOST 7 lbs. in the first five days. Plan to be in ONEderland by Feb., if not sooner.

Keep working MF everyone, we see it working for us. WOOHOO!!!

Finally made it to the scale! I am quite pleased to announce that in week 1 I am down 7 pounds! I might have hoped to be down a bit more, but with that time of the month coming to visit within the next day or two, I am VERY pleased. Next week it's the 10# club for me....I can't wait! :yay:

Thank you, everyone, for your unconditional support in these early days. Congratulations to everyone this week!

Hurrah! Stepped on the scale to see 249.4 lbs. I'm now in the bottom half of the 200s! Sure feels nicer than being in the top half.

(I hope it's okay that I'm tracking my weight from my high in August, and not just from my medifast start date, but what with going to the gym and all it has been pretty steady work since then. So I feel slightly strange about going into the 20# club, since it's only 10# on medifast . . . but that's okay, right? I'm not breaking the rules, somehow? I just don't want some new medifast person looking at my stats and thinking I've lost 20+ in less than a week. Am I paranoid enough, yet?)

Congrats to everyone for a successful week. Whether you lost, or maintained, or fought your way back from a slip, or managed to resist temptation; if you're here posting, that means you're still with the program, and that's success!

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone!!! What AWESOME results!!!

Today is Day One for me and I can't wait until next Sunday to join this great bunch of LOSERS!!

This morning for my official weigh in I was at 208 lbs. Last time I weighed myself (2 months ago) I was at 215 lbs. I think psyching myself up for this MF journey has already begun to melt off the pounds.

The MF meal replacements I have had so far today have been great tasting. I thought I would have a problem downing all the water but it's not even 12:00 noon and I've drunk a full quart and enjoyed it!!

This is going to be an amazing journey with the wonderful support of everyone on this board. Here's to a geat week!!!

YAY! My 1st weigh-in! I never thought I would be excited to weigh myself, but now I am! I officially started MF on 1/17 and I had done a few days of watching myself closely and eating my lean & green before that while my MF stuff was making its way to me :D

I am thrilled to report a loss of 8.5 lbs so far!
:yay::coolnana::bananadance::coolnana::yay:

I had my first restaurant temptation last night, but I made it. Had some grilled chicken and a salad and didn't even think about picking at DH's fries that he got with that big burger. He commented on how I could eat those cucumbers plain like that and I told him it was easy, you just look at skinny people while you chew and you pretend it is good.... :roflmao:

I tried shopping for a new pair of jeans hoping to get a smaller size, but I soon realized the size I was wearing was actually stretched to the size above what the tag said and I happily settled for a new, non-stretched out pair in the same size!

Happy Medifasting to all!
:D
