I haven't done roll call since hitting my goal in March. But since I'm working on getting myself back to my goal weight, I'll keep myself accountable here, once again.
I ate off program on Christmas day and also for a few days prior to Christmas. My highest weight put me at 21.5# over my goal weight.
Today is my 3rd day back on program and exercising more. I am down 4.5#. I have 17.5# to get back to the weight that I'm suppose to be maintaining.
