Ya know Biki, you are teaching us something very valuable...Perseverance and "don't give up the ship" when the scale doesn't show a loss...You again, continue to amaze me...You are strong and just keep on going...I think I'm slowly learning that it is almost better to not weigh myself everyday (even though I do still) and if you're compliant then the WHOOSH WILL HAPPEN !!!

Not even a possibility. She was skinny way before I came on this board, it's just that she has an actual job and can't post as much. She is my hero and I don't think I would have made it in the beginning without her help, even if she was blunt at times. I needed it.

I lost 7.7 this week
im confused. Not that im complaining but how come i will stay consistent losing 5.4, 5.6 lbs a week for a few weeks then i will have a week where i lost maybe 2 or 3 then the next week it is 7-10 then goes back to around 5 a week for a whle
Is it just my body adjusting every so often?

Oh Could you please add me to the 90lb club.

on a personal goal i had made for myself was to lose 100lbs by XMAS im now less than 4 lbs from that first goal and its not even Oct. Yet

Still maintaining under orig. goal at pretty much the same slow pace as the turtle I referred to so much in my weight loss phase.
