Tony..woohoo to you.. #100 pound club...Mega congratulations! And to the rest of you WTG..the two Kendras, Nat, JeepGirl and all the rest of you wonderful losers.

Six month anniversary today and although I'm down just 2 pounds this week... ( fell victim to the "jerky" trap...) BUT total loss of 96 pounds since March 24th makes me very very happy.

Congratulations to everyone!

After a bizarre mid-week loss of 4.1 pounds between Tuesday and Wednesday, I ended up with an overall gain of .6 pounds for the week?? I have been on plan so I am not sure what happened, maybe just a normal plateau? I hope the massive fluctuations stop and I get back to the steady losses I have been experiencing.

Here to report 3 lbs. Whoop Whoop. I haven't lost that much in a week for awhile.

Congrats to all losers and maintainers. Special kudos to Tony. Welcome to the star club!

Milestone of the week: Helped hubby install track lighting at the cabin and we didn't kill each other! We didn't kiss each other either, lol. This has nothing to do with MF, just thought it was worth reporting.

Well, Down three pounds since last Sunday so weighing in at 193 and my bmi has dropped from the highest at 50 down to 35..still a long way to go for normal or healthy results but hecka closer then before so I am good with that.

Still loseing inches need to update those sometime soon.
NSV's at this point are mostly running into people I haven't seen in a long time and them just not knowing me...even when I speak to them they look at me in a puzzled way then :shock:

Its funny and rewarding all at once. :lol:

Hubby, although not back on "plan" has managed to lose 2 this week putting him back at his lowest weight he had reached before on mf.

Approx Eight week till Thanksgiving when we go to my brothers for the holiday..My mom has not seen me in person since last Thanksgiving. and over 80 pounds ago so I am really looking forward to her reaction. That being said my next goal is to reach 175 by November 19.

I am down 4.5 lbs for the week and sitting pretty ar 176 hoping not to be here long.

I was at 242 last Sunday and today I'm down to 236.8 ... and that is exactly 5.2 in one week. :yay:

Out of the house of the 40s and this time once and for all. I will not got back there anymore. Can't wait to get out of the house of the 30s now ...

Howdy y'all!!

Just taking a break from the homework to check in and report my tiny loss of 1.5 lbs. Visitor this week (AF), so not much loss was expected anyway...AND I haven't had much sleep lately because of school. I'm beginning to see how that is a big factor. Whatever! I'll take the lb and a half off--much better than no loss at all, or :shock:

a gain! WooHoo!!

Sorry to check in so late.
Company and other things, you understand...
You're losing, new clubbing, maintaining and being accountable.

I'm in the maintenance mode and still at or under goal.
Best of all are all the NSV's, which believe it or not, can be a little embarrassing at times.
The inches are still dropping and I'm now shopping in the smaller sizes.
It's hard to believe it has happened to me, but oh, it feels so wonderful!
I admire the rest of you and know you are going to be there soon, because you are still hanging in there.

SERENDIPITY (JO), what a gorgeous new avatar! And you will be at your goal in no time. My achievement seems miniscule compared to yours!
ROBIN, congratulations on your maintenance progress and I'm sure DRAMA QUEEN is staying in there, too.
