Whew! 151.8 after a week of partying in Myrtle Beach! Down a pound since yesterday :)

A loss of 4 lbs for me this week. I'll be happy with that, especially since I had a few days of trouble this week.

In the big picture, I've lost 16 lbs in two weeks! I'll definitely take it!!!

Starting day 5 today. As of this morning, 9 pounds down. Will post back in here for my 1st week weight loss on Wednesday, then keep posting in every Wednesday from there. :D

I am very happy to report a loss of 7.4# this week. I have been working hard on posting a good loss as it brings my total to 68.1# in 17 weeks,,,,most importantly, it brings me into ONEDERLAND,,,198.6.

I am at 245.5 lbs after 6 days, I'm down 6lbs and averaging 1 lb per day.

I have had a few days where I didn't eat according to plan, but I didn't eat anything fattening or binge either. I know it's just as bad not to get all of your meals in, but it's a huge win for me to chose the right foods and chose not to overeat. I even passed up birthday cake yesterday!

Goal: Eat according to plan everyday this week.

Thanks for the support and advise.

Great losses everyone! KMR that is a good first few days! Kendra a great two weeks. Mike you ROCK.

I am down 2 more this week for a total of 35 gone and resting now at 227...I am out of the 230's!!!

I stayed the same this week, which I anticipated.

Tried to make good choices while celebrating my birthday, but they were not 100% Medifast.

Back on track after the celebration day!

284.8, 4.6 lbs lower than last week. A Good week and an improvement over the previous few weeks.

Congrats to all who lost, and Ebony, setting short goals like that is a great idea! We will be looking for an update on that next week! Good luck and keep on shaking!

WTG Beachy for doing well during vacation, YAY Mike for reaching #60 Club & ONERDERLAND!! Kendra--that is awesome girl, KMR--9 lbs woohoo..Keep it up y'all!! Nat -- 2 lbs or 20 it helps ya get to where your going. Ebony, That is great girlie, you are on the right track!

Down 2.5 pounds this week. It's nice to see that up from the previous couple of weeks where it was a half or one pound. I just got back from a breakfast buffet with my dad, who came for a visit. He and hubby enjoyed all the things I love, like hash brown, bacon, and biscuits and gravy, and I had coffee and a shake. He was really impressed with my dedication. Right now, I'm much happier with 68 pounds lost than I am with biscuits and gravy.

Well after a 10 day vacation in the wilds of Washington I'm relieved to report that I am down a total of 4 pounds since 9/3. Only 75 pounds to go! LOL
