I wanted to put this up because I will be at the LA triathl;on tomorrow and unable to post.

The scale finally moved!! After 11 days of being stuck, I am down another 2.5 lbs. That makes me 194, and a total loss of 16lbs in 6 weeks.

Since I'm wide awake in the middle of the night, I'll post too.

Five pounds down this week, over the halfway mark and on my way to the 90-pound club!

I can't wait to come back and read how much everyone has lost, maintained, or everyone who jumped back on the wagon!

Just started on Wednesday. I thought I'd post since I'm here.

10 pounds lost, probably water weight, but I'll take any number lower than the starting one on the scale.

Hope everyone else is evaporating this week too!

I've lost 3 pounds since I last reported 2 weeks ago. That's a total of 123 pounds in 51 weeks. Hopefully I've gotten my act together to see this thing to the end! I had hoped to be at goal by my one year anniversary, but I set myself back. Stick with it folks ... we are doing this and we can all meet our goals! Have a great week everyone. :D

Congrats to all losers, maintainers and returnees!!

I am down 3.4 lbs this week. Not great for a week two, but I will take it. I a down 10lbs since 8/26 and down 13lbs since 8/24.

Good Morning Everybody, from beautiful NJ! Today I have lost 48.5 pounds!!! I'm 18.5 pounds away from my goal of 130. I love Medifast and everything it has done for me. I am a super slow loser, one pound a week, but I don't mind at all, since I feel healthier than I have in years on this plan. I don't get on to this fourm very often, but I do so much appreciate all the encouragement and support I find here when I can visit. Keep up the great work!

Well I am up 4 lbs from a 2 week food frenzy. My own fault. It was 10 lbs but I managed to lose 6 again in the last 4 days. Back to 162 this morning. I'll get back down there. Just owning up to my "slip".

I am down to 229 so that is 3 pounds this week.

Good morning all. 2.4# down for the week....screwed around a bit so my fault totally, but you live and learn. Total down is 92.6 pounds since May 1st!

Hello everybody !! Congratulations on making it to Roll Call this morning :).

I am weighing in at 195.5 this morning, giving me a 4.5 pound loss since two weeks ago, and a 42 pound loss overall. This puts me officially into Onderland, as well as the 40 pound club, and I am happy to be here.

It's been a little rocky, but overall I can see huge amounts of progress in my general attitude towards food and eating, which is the whole point for me. So, I will take what I've got, rocky or not :).

Two-thirds down, one-third to go :toast:

I have been away for the last two weeks and diverted from MF the latter part of the prior week due to a hunting trip.

I had my usual huge gain when I returned from the trip, it was 13#. That gain with the weeks loss was only a 6.4# gain for week before last.

I did get back on track this week and started my new job. The new position and training is very MF friendly and I dropped 13.4# for the week to get me to 204.4#.

I am rededicating myself to the program for the next 2-3 weeks in order to get to my goal weight.

After two weeks, down just .4 pounds to 144.6.

Hopefully things will pick up by next week.

I seem to be turning into a turtle lately. Just 0.5 pounds lost this week. Don't know how much was due to going to a pub last night. I was fairly good. I had a spinach salad with grilled shrimp, but they added a lot of pine nuts and gorgonzola, and I love pine nuts.
