I'm up 2.8 lbs secondary to TOM, I believe. Because of all the exercise at work and the walking on my days off, I did add 200 calories of protein per day to my 6/0 plan. I certainly can't be gaining actual weight at 1000 calories per day but it still hurts to see the numbers. But, hey, at least I'm still in ONEderland!!!
