I'm here!
I am starting my second month on the program. First month went pretty well. I started at 143 and ended at 131. It's not alot of weight to lose but I'm not complaining. Weight gone is weight gone, right?
My second month's goal is to get somewhere, ANYWHERE, in the 120's. Heck, I'll even take 129.99999. Small time goal, I know but I'd rather have a small goal and meet that and be happy rather then to have a huge goal and be disappointed which may lead me to give up or stray off course. I think I tend to be a slow looser anyways so not expecting huge losses even if I"m not cheating.
