I've never started a roll call before and don't have a ton to report.

I didn't make it into the 80# club yet, but am patient and hope to report it next week.

Hello...
Let's just say that I'm glad to be here and know that I have a lot of work ahead of me...

With that said, I am hopeful that I can have a good week...

I am starting off at 334lbs............ :(

I can get this weight off as long as I believe in myself....

Thank goodness some MF friends came back !

I just wanted to post here because it looked so sad, with just two responses.

Anyway, I'm down a pound on my other program, and back to the lowest I've been in about 17 years. Yay!

I'm here!

I am starting my second month on the program. First month went pretty well. I started at 143 and ended at 131. It's not alot of weight to lose but I'm not complaining. Weight gone is weight gone, right? ;)

My second month's goal is to get somewhere, ANYWHERE, in the 120's. Heck, I'll even take 129.99999. Small time goal, I know but I'd rather have a small goal and meet that and be happy rather then to have a huge goal and be disappointed which may lead me to give up or stray off course. I think I tend to be a slow looser anyways so not expecting huge losses even if I"m not cheating.

Wish me the best as I stay 100% on plan this week!
