Sunday Morning Roll Call: October 8th 2006

I know I'm a day early, but since I made the decision yesterday to weigh in only once a month, first thing this morning I stepped on the scale before my husband hid it for me, so that I can have one last weigh in until next month. I don't know how, but I dropped 5 lbs.! Putting me in the 20 lb. club and Onederland! I guess not giving up and sticking to plan payed off. I'm 198.0 lbs. and I fit into my new junior XL top today. I was wearing 2X. :D

Congratulations KMR!!

I have been doing my weekly weigh in on Saturdays as well. I dont know why or how it switched but it has. I am down 2 more pounds this week from 224 to 222. Giving me a total of 40 pounds lost so a new club for me too.

I also entered a new club this week. 20lbs gone, bringing me to 189lbs. It was 188.5, but I didn't drink nearly enough water yesterday and am up half a pound.

I began weighing on a monday but I thought I would join the club and weigh today instead....I am down 2 pounds this week which puts me in the 180's again and I am very happy about that.... I was hoping for 3 but I will take this thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrts on all of your losses this week, mine was 4.2 this week to 272.2 lbs. and a total of 177.8 lbs lost since exactly 6 months ago today.

Well...not another complaint outta me on hitting plateaus until (but hopefully not) the scale doesn't move for at least 2 weeks. I took a few peoples advise and added a shake since I get up an extra 1.5 hours early every morning to go to Curves. AND...a 6-0 twice since taking that advise. I'm down 3.4 lbs! An entire 1.2 lbs of that is just since yesterday! Image Still working on staying away from the scale on a daily basis though. :lol:

I have had a rough time this past two weeks. Totally inconsistent....3 and 1 some days. 5 and 1 other days. Nibbling like a maniac. Trying to shoo TOM out the door, blah blah blah.

I am down only 1.8 #s...missed 20lb club by a hair. Hoping to get back on track today and take Nancy's suggestion of an extra shake since I work really long hours and now have to take care of sick DH. Looking forward to that new club next week. :D

Still losing lots of inches and my blouses are now loose and hanging off, but pants are still fitting about the same due to no reduction in the thighs...only looser in the belly area. Skirts are way way loose in abs and hip- a wee loser in the waist. So I am gonna hang there - this program does work. In the past I have lost 30lbs and not change a dress size, but this MF is different. I have to toss the 2Xs already and my size 22/24 shirts are way too big now and I am not even in the 20lb club. :D

Congrats to all you big losers and maintainers.

Good luck to all who are trying to stay away from the scale 5X a day. :-P :-P
