I have had a rough time this past two weeks. Totally inconsistent....3 and 1 some days. 5 and 1 other days. Nibbling like a maniac. Trying to shoo TOM out the door, blah blah blah.
I am down only 1.8 #s...missed 20lb club by a hair. Hoping to get back on track today and take Nancy's suggestion of an extra shake since I work really long hours and now have to take care of sick DH. Looking forward to that new club next week.
Still losing lots of inches and my blouses are now loose and hanging off, but pants are still fitting about the same due to no reduction in the thighs...only looser in the belly area. Skirts are way way loose in abs and hip- a wee loser in the waist. So I am gonna hang there - this program does work. In the past I have lost 30lbs and not change a dress size, but this MF is different. I have to toss the 2Xs already and my size 22/24 shirts are way too big now and I am not even in the 20lb club.
