Aloha everyone! I'm a little late in checking in... but I'm down 1 pound this week. I'm very happy with that since I don't usually lose anything during TOM! I am soooo close to 30# club I can't stand it!!!!! :devious:

I hope I can lose at least 2 pounds this coming week so I can bid farewell to the 140's forever!!!!! :mrgreen:

Congratulations to everyone! You are a great bunch of losers!!!! :goteam:

Hi all, congrats to all losers, maintainers, and temporary 'oops'! :D
Stayed the same this week, as I had a couple of Glenny's Crisps(I sub these for MF) and Pure Protein Bar issues (sub these often, as well, when walking multi miles). Still and all, I am pleased for maintaining this week. :D

I only lost 2 pounds this week, but I am happy with it, at least I didn't gain any.

Rough week ~ Went to the diabetes walk, ate processed carbs, gained 7 lbs, lost more than 7 lbs ... net result for the week is down 0.2 lbs.

WHEW!!! Glad that's over with.

Hey, blame the organizers! Who has a diabetes walk and offers only unsuitable foods? Although I think that's common at most charity walks. I've done a couple, and they both had lots of chips and "energy bars" and whatever, plus pizza afterward.

Even March of Dimes breaks out the krispy kreme donuts. So wierd! :roll:

Ok, I'm just checking in -- I haven't read anything, but well wishes and congrats all 'round.

I'm down 78 lbs since mid March and I've been SWAMPED at work.

Looking forward to wandering through when I can stay a while and read. I miss you folks, and I certainly need the accountability!!! .::sigh::..
