Great showing by you all. This whole month of October, so far, has been really dragging me down. I've been having some "issues" with salt and for some reason have been really, really hungry this past week. As a result, I've been over snacking.
But if I ever so carefully stand on my scale, hold my breath, lean slightly to the right...I was able to barely eke out 2 pounds for the past week. Works for me.
