Great showing by you all. This whole month of October, so far, has been really dragging me down. I've been having some "issues" with salt and for some reason have been really, really hungry this past week. As a result, I've been over snacking. :roll: But if I ever so carefully stand on my scale, hold my breath, lean slightly to the right...I was able to barely eke out 2 pounds for the past week. Works for me.

Still maintaining and still working out. Later this week I'll be trying to increase my calories some more.

Hi All,
I lost a pound and a half this week, a big week for me since I usually only lose either a half or one pound. I am knocking on the door of the 130's and hope to reach my goal weight sometime in the next month or 6 weeks. YAY! I am a bit afraid of maintaining, since I never did that succcessfully on any other diet. But I still am excited about getting there.
Congrats to all you losers! You inspire me.

0.5 for me. Better than I thought, though, so that's cool. I'm hoping that what happened to Joelie will happen to me, too! And, of course, that belt end keeps getting longer...

Congratulations on the new clubbers, maintainers, steady-in-the-boaters and JO's Liz size 8 petite bootleg jeans! WHOOHOO!

Today 132.3# still about 2.5# below goal! On Sundays, I give myself a little more leeway, since I am maintaining and feeling sooooo good.
Was it NAT that said, on MF the inches drop even when the pounds are slow to drop? It's really true for me, too! And that's an extra benefit, especially in the clothes department!

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone for being accountable. Way to go for all the new clubs, reaching ONEDERLAND and for maintaining.

A little over two months on maintenance and I'm at 144 pounds today...four pounds under goal. I seem to fluctuate between 143-146 pounds on maintenance. I have treated myself to some of my favorite foods without a problem. I just made sure they were small sensible portions. I'm weighing every morning to keep things in check and keep a very detailed calorie diary of everything I eat.
