After a couple of false starts in September where I gave up after awhile saying "I'll start again Monday", I've stayed on track the past two weeks. NO CHEATING AT ALL!
So, last week - down 3.8
This week - down 2.6
I'm a little disappointed with this week! But it's still 1.5x more than I ever lost on WeightWatchers, so...
Edited to say: Make that 2.5x more than I ever lost on WW (math!)
Also, my week actually starts on Monday, and this morning's weigh in was 3.8 lbs down from last Monday. Woohoo!
