I'm down 1 lb this week, which doesn't feel deserved, I did not have a good week. It's a mystery to me, but I'll take it. Puts me 2 lbs away from the 30 lb Club, so that's my goal for this week.

Congratulations everyone! Reginia you best slow down again or I am going to have to be doing catch up!! I cant believe all the great numbers this week.
I weighed myself when I got up this morning but I was wearing fleece pants, tshirt and sweatshirt so I dont think it really is an official number. I am going to kind of wait a few more days to get back into the swing of things.

Its been a long time since I chimed in.
Sept 9th I weighed in at 162.4. Over a month and a few weeks I have been off of MF. My weight this morning was 169. So I guess my bad eating choices didn't hurt me as bad as I thought. Anyway, back on MF. Makes me sick that I was only 8 lbs from goal when I started to stray. Blah!
Everyone is doing so great! WOO HOO TEAM!

I was pretty upset when i came home from my Business trip and the scale hadn't changed, BUT this morning, it is down 2 #..... so i guess that officially puts me in the 10# club, huh? YEA!!!!!
Back on track now... hoping to get out of the 220's this week!
