Well what a week its been, all these new clubs, some that are soooo close to goal, its all inspiring to me. Keep it up, your all doing great.
I am down 1 lb bring ME to a new club.....50 PLEASE :) WHOOT WHOOT!!!
I can see the 160's and they look like a temporary place to be.

I lost 2 pounds this week, all of it this morning. :) When I updated my ticker, it suddenly struck me that now I'm only 11 pounds away from my goal. Holy cow!

Happy to see some excellent results this week. I'm still maintaining. Just boosted my calories a few days ago, and it seems to be helping me lose a bit more. I definitely think that's the way to go.

Also, still maintaining my exercise program, and it seems to be paying off with lower body fat.

Started Medifast on 10/14, and I'm down 9 lbs. since then!! :D I must confess, I did cheat a little last night when my sons were eating chips and salsa. (My first cheat, darn it!:x) The important thing is, I am back on the horse today, so to speak. I made a big batch of Medifast muffins this morning so I'll have extras on the road this week, and I must say they're not bad! Hubby always says that I look great but definitely has noticed the weight loss this week. I have too! My clothes are definitely looser, and I am planning to stick with this until I reach my goal. I'm also hoping when my two sisters (both overweight) see me at Thanksgiving, they'll ask me what I'm doing, and I can tell them about Medifast. They need to lose for the sake of their health. Anyway, thanks everyone; I enjoy reading your posts! :wave:

Whoo Hoo!! We are ALL making great strides toward our goals!!

I'm down another pound and have now reached the -40 lb milestone marker.

Only 5 more until goal!!

We can do this and we deserve it!!

I posted my weigh in just a few days ago on the last week's thread, but I'll start fresh on this Sunday's thread since I weigh the same today. 189 lbs. Couldn't make it until Thanksgiving to weigh in! Only made it 2 weeks with out weighing, then I couldn't take it any more! :x

Just checking in, but I have not weighed this week. As of last Sunday still @ 197. Per doc's orders, holding off on weight loss prior to my surgery on Wed. Been adding some off-plan items & having some wine to quell the surgery anxiety! Didn’t want to see what that may have caused on the scale! Since I have been pretty compliant since 7/31 I didn’t want to be bummed in case that has added pounds this week. Will be back on full plan ASAP. I will be enjoying the downward scale action vicariously through Y’all!
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !

Forgive me for not listing everyone, but well done, all! What great progress, persistance (sp?), encouragement and inspiration.

I'm down 3.something pounds this week -- 219.4 for a grand loss of 83.3 That's the part that gets me... the 1 in the tens column without a 3 being in the hundreds column.

NSV -- I cleaned out all of the 2X and size 22/24 tops (Mom's going to come get them since she's that size now) in favor of some new (thank you, hubster) 1X and some 18/20 tops (wow!!!). Although I'm not an actual size 18 yet, that was my original goal. This is the first time in just about 20 years that I am NOT the largest person in my family (in-laws and dh not included here, but I'm finally smaller than Mike!!).

Greetings from Maintenance Land!!

Checking into Roll Call late this week. I was with my Mom yesterday celebrating her 87th Birthday with no computer in sight.

Congratulations to so many for reaching milestones this week. New clubs and soooo many close to Goal!! (I'm saving you all seats!) Ain't Medifast grand??

Weighed in this morning at 142.8 pounds. Feeling great!! You all keep me inspired to stick to my maintenance plan of 1500 - 1700 calories a day and walking 10,000 steps. We can do this together!!

I am chiming in a little late but we were out of town and away from my scale for the last few days.

207.4 this morning, which is a loss of 2.6 pounds from last Sunday.
