Good morning everyone.

I'll start the bidding with 3 pounds. That's nice after a zippo week last week.

Milestone of the week: I have two this week.......Today is the 1 year anniversary on Medifast.......I hit the 130 mark! Whoop Whoop!!

I'm down 1 pound today. Even though it's only one pound and should be more, I'm still posting and will continue to try my personal best.

Elizabeth, congrats on that 1 lb, you worked hard for it!!

I'm down 4 lbs. this week, bringing me to a total of 27 gone. The goal for next week is 30!

Congrats to everyone! I have still not weighed in.... but I am taking the weekend off MF to enjoy with my husband. It's his birthday weekend and I wanted to enjoy eating and drinking wine with him to celebrate. I'll be back on plan tomorrow morning.

(I realize that this will keep me from my Halloween goal, but there is always my overall Christmas goal!)

well after gaining 1.4 at the beginning of the week for some reason...dont know why....total loss for the week is 1.9(actually 3.3, but who is counting) putting me at 231.5 and 108.5 pounds lost since May 1st!!

Down 2 pounds and I will take that thank you very much....I stopped weighing every day because it was too much of a roller coaster....I did cheat with the "yummo crisps" and I will not buy those again...too tempting to have in my house...

When I was on medifast 2 years ago I lost 20 pounds the first month. The difference is that Iwas able to exercise then and have not been able to exercise this time round except for weight training with my daughter..she is a personal trainer...I have a very bad stress fracture in my right foot and must wear a boot for another 3 weeks and I just got over a stress fracture in my left foot.. I have osteoporosis..Happy to be here though....and going down slowly is better than a lot at once..

WOW!!!! I'm only on day 6, I started Tuesday, and the scale has gone from 234 to 226.... I'm SHOCKED :shock: This is so easy to do!! and the results definitely keep me motivated!!!! I haven't hit my one week yet, and won't be able to weigh in for that cuz i'll be on a business trip, but most definitely looking forward to weighing in upon return next weekend!!!!

Congrats to all of those still losing after being on program so long..... you are my motivators!!! Keep it up... hopefully be in the 10 # club by next week!

Well Jo, we join the 130# club at the same time. 2.4 lbs this week for 269.8. Total loss of 130.2 lbs. Slow week for me but I'll take what I get because any loss is a good loss.

Congratulations everyone...whatever stage you are at today. I have to log on from the hotel room where we are planning for our conference next week. Wait till my boss sees the bill. :shock:

Good Morning everyone. I stepped back on the scale after being off too long. Amazing what happens when you leave the forum and go back to old habits and bad food. I am back where I started. Serendipity great job its great to see you have kept this up and done so well as have so many others. I will be back again.

Hello, congrats to all you shakers ! Congrats to big ron for getting back with it !

I am weighing in this morning at 185.5, giving me a 5# loss from 2 weeks ago and a 52# loss overall !! 50# club, please, unca :).

I am only about 10# away from goal, but I have been feeling like I am not sure 10 more pounds is going to do it for me. I will see how I feel when I get there, I guess. I love this program :mrgreen: .
