After a few weeks of nada I am giddy to report a loss of 4lbs this week bringing me down to 204 with a grand loss so far of 39lbs!! :yippee:

Congrats Jo & Brian for making the 130 clubs and woohoo everyone for an awesome week!!

Well I was hoping to be in the #50 club but I am one lb off, I only lost one this week and I will take it. Next week 50

I was out of town last week, so I have a 3.5 pound loss for the past two weeks. Not bad, considering my schedule was messed up during the trip, and last night I had crab cakes.

it is wonderful to see all the losses and new clubs. I am the same as last week, but am happy to report this is by design. The next couple of weeks I am slacking on the weight loss due to Doc's recommendation to hold steady on weight loss for 1-2 weeks prior to my surgery on the 25th. I'm just eating more L&G & added protein & a few non-plan items to my 5 medifast meals. I will be living vicarioulsy through y'all for awhile. ;)
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !

:D Everyone is doing so well! Big congrats Jo on your new milestone and your anniversary!

Good Sunday for me...as of this morning I have lost 4 more lbs...bringing me to 62lbs and planting me in the 60# club. It took so long to get through the 50s.....I am hoping to race through the 60s.....

we will see.... :lol:

Congrats to everyone, especially the plateau-breakers. Jo, Laura, Reginia and Alex, I know you've all been having some trouble lately, so WTG!!

I'm still maintaining and still working out. This week I meet with my trainer, so I'll get an official body fat reading and see if it's gone down any. The Tanita fluctuates a lot, so it's hard to tell from that. Not that I trust the trainer's gizmo that much, either.

My doc suggested dropping my carbs and increasing my fat a bit, so I'll be doing that for the time being to see if it has any effect. I'd still love to drop a few more pounds and of course I want to lower my body fat some more.

Congratulations everyone. I am still at the same. I havent eaten much more then a saltine or two in about 3 days. It surprises me that I still dont lose weight considering I am not eating.

Wow, what a roll call!! Anniversaries (congrats, Jo!), new clubs, new starts, steady progress -- totally inspiring!! And Tony, you continue to amaze me!!! :shock:

I'm down 3.2 lbs this week and weighed in at 222 lbs. WHICH MEANS the 80# club, please! :mrgreen:

I was so excited at discovering that size 22 fit two weeks ago, but now I'm in size 20! That means only 2 more sizes before my initial goal of a size 16. ...wow... I'm in total disbelief. (It also means I have a whole lot of size 22-24 stuff to get rid of!)

I am a happy and astonished MAINTAINER!
Weighed 131.8 this morning, three pounds below goal.
ROBIN, I am also trying to get down a few more pounds... to 130 and I do not EVER want to go above my goal!
To encourage you, 8-10's are fitting and 12's are now too roomy.
Never dreamed it could happen...
And I am now feeling skinny!

So many others deserve honorable mention, but please forgive if I leave out some fantastic medifasters!

Sadly, I am up 3 lbs. today. I did go out drinking with friends on friday, and ate Apple pie yesterday. I am back on today and serious.
