As you guys know, Thursday is my official weigh in day. This week, lost 3 pounds. Went from 229.5 to 226.5.

Thursday is my official day too - I was down 4.4 pounds - and I was out of town for 3 days of the week so I was pretty darn thrilled with that!!

Today marks one full calendar month on program for me so I'd like to include my stats for the month too :-)

~ 31 fully compliant days
~ Lost 17.4 pounds (some more than once, lol)
~ Lost 24 inches
~ Lost a pant size
~ Gained more energy, better clarity and iron will that I can do this!

Congrats to everyone who will hold themselves accountable today - no matter the scale outcome!

Best of luck for next week....As for me, I'll be joining the 20# club and onderland by next roll call!

Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

I decided to change my weigh in day to Sunday so I can weigh in with everyone else. So, it hasn't been a full week this week for me (my weigh in day was just last Tuesday.)

Down 3.5 lbs for me this "week"! :D

Wanted to say congrats to all the losers! Hang in there to all the gainers! I am down 6.5 for the week (2nd week on program). Down another 3 lbs AND was away in Vermont all weekend !! Now I have a total loss of 25 #...Perhaps I'll be in the 30# club soon ??!!

hey guys, what happened? This is the lowest roll call attendance we've had since december 2005!!! :?: :?: :?: Regardless of how we do, shouldn't we hold ourselves accountable? Some gain, some lose but we are all here to hold our selves accountable and support each other, right? RIGHT? If you gain, you may inspire someone else by assuring them that it happens, we are human, not perfect. If you lose, you may inspire others to keep it goin. It's all about accountability!!! We don't necessarily want to compare ourselves to others and their situations but it is aways nice to see how everyone is coming along (or even lack thereof). A lot more people viewed than posted, c'mon guys, jump on in.

This is the calm before the storm. Look at the January and February numbers. I think people are reticent to start a weight loss plan so close to the fudge and fruitcake eating season. Come January we'll be hopping around here. I started the day before Thanksgiving but don't have family here so if I don't make them there are no big dinners and treats. My husband and I used to go to the Ritz-Carlton for Thanksgiving after our first Thanksgiving in which I choked down Tofurkey. All-you-can-eat champagne buffets don't really appeal to me anymore. I am going to cook but just things that are on WW plan and some special vegetarian items for my husband. (Yes, a tofurkey but I am having some real turkey breast!)

I am down 6 pounds this week, but that isn't much for I have had a hard time remaining compliant. The Holiday Cusre is not going to get me! :x
