Okay, I wasn't going to post either, but seeing all you brave people out there, I figured I should. I haven't lost any, but after being off plan for a few days, I didn't gain either. I'm holding at 278 which is still 67 lbs (been in the 60 lb club forever).
I'm on the plan, and I feel good.
As they say on Celebrity Fit Club.... my goal for next week is.... 4 lbs. LOL

Aloha all you losers! It's great to see that we all survived the turkey, stuffing, desserts, etc.

I'm checking in late. I didn't weigh myself until this moring. I didn't lose or gain anything which is fine considering the Thanksgiving holiday and PMS. 100% compliant today to reach my goal by Christmas!

Hi Everyone! I'm a day late on the weigh in (I dont have a scale so I weighed myself at Curves today) but I am happy to report that after 4 days on MF, I am 6 lbs lighter.

Jo and Nova, congrats! You guys are doing so well!!

I'm still in maintenance. Didn't weigh this weekend because I was out of town. Indulged a bit while I was away, but I'm sure I'll be fine and back to normal soon enough.

Weirdest thing: There was no gym at the hotel (I won't be making THAT mistake again!!) so the first day, I decided to at least walk in the morning. And once I was out there, I couldn't stop myself - I started running. Outside. I've never run like that since maybe elementary school. If then.

You know, I forget how inspiring it is just to READ the Roll Call even if I haven't made any progress. I made it to 88.8 lbs lost, but I know I haven't maintained it (but, no, I'm not out of the 80# club... just shopping for new tapestry for the chair).

Congrats, all of you! Nova, your pics in the studio...I'm SPEECHLESS!! (luckily, I can still type (insert rim shot) ) And JO!! Size 6?!? I'm awed!

A very belated thank you for all your prayers throughout October and November. Pain is back to normal.

Hope everyone's Thanksgiving was full of unexpected blessings.

So, on with the journey!! :easyrider:

JO -- WOW!!!!! Way to go on both the 1 lb to go, AND the pants!

NOVA = WOW!!!!! I am SO proud of you for making goal!!!! man... you two are such awesome inspiration, and two of the reasons I got right back on track yesterday morning!

Well, I purposely did not post this week either, as I was a total bad girl from Tuesday on! But I jumped right back on Monday morning (yesterday) and had already lost 5 pounds of the weight i gained (imagine its a lot of water retention from sodium). So I know that by the end of this week, I will be back in ketosis (actually that should hit tomorrow), AND I will be below my last recorded weight! I am definately planning on being in the in the 120s come next Sunday!
