Goodmorning everyone! I hope everyone had a great week and has good news to report!

I actually lost a whole 3lbs this week! Yessssss!!! That was just the boost I needed I have to say.

Good morning everyone!

I gained a pound this week. After bragging how WONDERFUL I was doing again, I lost control again on Friday and pigged out worse than ever!

I didn't report it because I figured you all were getting tired of my whining!

I did stayed on program yesterday, although it was torturous at night! I only drank 48 oz of water though.

I need you all to kick me in the rear!

Is my body fighting this, or is it just in my mind?

I'm going to seriously start exercising. I haven't done much at all. Exercise is something I truly don't care for. I used to LOVE to go on long walks with my dog (25 + years ago), but that isn't possible with having a special needs child and my husband is already spent taking care of the kids by the time I get home from work (he is older and in poor health). I have a treadmill in the basement that has been calling my name. I can take the kids downstairs and they can play while I exercise. I lost the safety key and ordered 2 new ones. They were delivered Friday. I will jump on that treadmill today if it is the only thing I accomplish today!

Sorry for bringing such a downer to everyone! I truly think the exercise is what I need to start focusing on. It will help my depression too!

Lynne and Nicki - 3 is the magic number - I too am down 3 !!! Must be the Medi Gods rewarding us for all of our not nibbling on holiday treats ! I went to a wedding yesterday. Everyone was amazed at the wt loss. I had not seen many of them since I had started. I sent some pictures to Unca of before and now which I am calling during. YIKES so look for them at some point in the studio. I will tell you what - the wedding was awesome and the food was over the top. Open bar lots of treats. BUT I stayed on plan. It was actually really nice to go and dance and talk and not be obsessed about the food. I had lobster and a special cut of meat I cannot spell with green beans. The lobster came on lentils so I gave those to my husband and the meat came with green beans and carrots so I ate the green beans only. I think I stayed as close as I could to the 1. They also had TONS of breads and cheese - none for me. Strawberry champagne soup and of course cake. I did not even take a lick. SOOOO Thank you MF and my support team !!!!!

Mom to B&R - take care of yourself and take it one meal at a time. The results and the way you feel is soooo worth it !!!! Hope everyone else had a GREAT WEEK , MYTIME

I am up about 2.5#'s this week - don't know why, I've been 100% compliant, got my water in - I really don't know how this can happen. I posted my "menu" under the weight room if anyone has any ideas whats going on. I'm on my 12th day...

Hi Smiller,

Are you close to that TOM? That can bring your weight up. I'm going to try to get in a gallon of water per day. That really helped when I was doing that or getting close to that a day.

I made 60 pounds!

Well, this week I made it under 200 pounds. This is the first time that I have seen this on my scale for six years!

This also puts me for a grand total of 60 lost pounds!

Wahoo! I am excited about this!

Another 3 pound loser here! That makes 35 total for me!!! Is anyone else still amazed that they are are actually doing it this time?? This is 8 weeks for me and personally I'm shocked it is working!! I love MF! :D

Hi all!

Completed week 1, I lost 9 pounds, for a grand total of 13 pounds!

I hope it continues to get down at about 0.8-1 pound/day :D, though it's doubtful!

My weight loss for the week is.............4 lbs which is amazing since I started that TOM and I usally have a gain :D :mrgreen:
