Good morning everyone! The weather is Delaware has been so beautiful this weekend. Sunny & in the 70's - and it's November. I'm so glad you lost those 2 pounds, Judy. We need that kind of reminder & encouragement after a wee slip. And Mytime, 3 pounds = wow! I haven't had one of those in quite some time. Love to see you here, Lynne. You are always an inspiration, and I love that you are so small. Going from the 200's down to 146 is so cool. The 140's were my lowest place ever as an adult. I couldn't even imagine setting my goal lower than that, but I'm rethinking.
Ok - here it is (and isn't
). This morning I am at 99 pounds gone for good. I thought I'd play my games (sitting on potty all day for one more pound, shaving or cutting off every hair on my body, spitting out every last ounce of saliva - if you've read my past post you know I've either contemplated or actually done all of the above!). But I decided I want that Medifast 100 pounds to really be gone - and see none of it return the next day (I actually hit it yesterday morning very briefly). So I'm holding back the celebration for (hopefully) one more week. (This will be my second 100 pound celebration as my pre-Medifast high weight was 340; I am so blessed!)
