I know it is Saturday, but I will be away from my pc tomorrow and wanted to post. I have lost 1lb this week. My mini goal is to be half way by nov. 24th. I have 4 more lbs. to there.

You can do it ALlie!!! Way to Go!

I lost 3.5 this week (week 2) and lost another inch in my waist!
And i did eat more veggies than i should have this week and was only down 1.5 mid-week, so I guess sticking exactly to the script the last half of the week helped! i LOVE MF!!!

Restarted on Monday at 173 and today I am at 169.

Lost 4 lbs in my restart. Woo Hoo.

I just noticed I was demoted back to the 40lbs club. :(
I was in the 60. If that isn't motivation I don't know what is.

Good morning all! Down 2.3 pounds for the week bringing me to 223.8 and 116.2 pounds lost! Did my monthly measurements, and grand total lost in measurements is 38.5 inches!!

Congrats everyone so far on great losses!!

After a couple weeks of slow losses and compliance issues, I lost 6 lbs this week! That puts me into the 30# club and makes me very very happy!! It's so great when compliance is rewarded on the scale!

After a -0- loss last week, this morning I am proud to report a 5.2# loss...granted, thats over a 2 week period of time, but hey....I'll take it! Image
Not only does this put me firmly in the *ahem* 90# club...it also leaves me with only 18.6 #'s to go till I reach my goal! Image
I'm STOKED I tell ya! Image I think I'll be there by Christmas! I hope anyway. Image

Kendra and Jolie, that's fabulous!!! And Nova, you're so close that of course it's going to slow down. But you're so close!!!

Still maintaining. I've been fluctuating a lot this week, mostly because I had some high-sodium days. I'm also struggling a bit with the running lately because I've been waking up kind of out of sorts the past couple of days. I thought it might be the heater, since I just turned it on a few days ago. But I feel the same way this morning, and it's not on. So I don't know what it is, but it needs to stop.

:D :D :D :D :D I'm pleased to say that I'm down another pound this week! Three more to goal--it is going slooow so I hope to make it before Christmas. I can't believe I lost this week as I dined out on 2 occasions. Even though I made good choices, the sodium usually affects me on the scale. I will also be dining out tomorrow. :D :D :D :D :D

Congrats losers, and big congrats to my Joelie! Great work for you!

This week I report a 3.4 lb loss. Wierd hours and 20-22 hour days are having their way with me and my program, but I am still down 141.2 lbs so far, in less than 7 months, and loving it. By the way that is a new club for me! 140 lb club!

Good luck all for the next week, I expect wonderful losses or maintaining this week!

Good morning to all my fellow MF-Losers!!!

WOW! What a morning it is already with so many incredible losses and successes. You are all such an inspiration I look forward to reading every week.

Finished my second week back on-plan and down another 4 lbs this week.

I'm so glad I chose to restart before the holidays instead of after like I had considered. I was thinking of all the holiday "goodies" I could partake in over these next 2-3 months. Then I thought about how bloated, grumpy, exhausted, and unenergetic I would look and feel. Also, I thought of the new larger clothes my fatter, somewhat more defeated-feeling self would require. I compared that with all the energy I will have to enjoy this holiday season more, along with how much better I will look and feel in every way

When the new year rolls around we'll all be ? lbs. LESS instead of ? lbs. MORE and that much closer (instead of even further) to our goal. (In many of your cases, you'll have reached goal by then, whoo-hoo!)

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone for being accountable today. I've had a bit of an up and down week due to a Family Wedding and a Moving Away Party for a good friend where I indulged more than I should have. But I jumped on the scale, saw those extra pounds and got right back to making wise choices!

I was at 145 on the scale this morning and feel great. Once we reach goal the only way to maintain is to remain vigilant and not let old habits work their way back into our lives! Besides, I don't want to give up all my cute skinny new clothes!

Up a pound for some reason...so I'll have to watch it!

WHOOHOO for the great reports already!
Keep on keeping on and trusting Medifast to work it's miracles in our health and weight.

The holidays are coming, but no need to give in to temptations :x
