I know it's Saturday but I will be at a friend's home tomorrow and not only do I not know if she has a scale but it wouldn't be the same one I have been weighing in on.

Well, I have lost a pound this week!!! WoooHoooo ~ I really did not think I would lose any as I had not shown any progress the couple of days I weighed in (I began exercising & added an MF snack to my daily intake because of that exercise). But I also lost inches -- 4.5 total!!!!

It's not Sunday yet, but I normally weigh in on Saturdays. This week I'm down 2.5 lbs leaving me as a very happy new member of the 70# club!

G'morning all you losers. I lost 3 pounds this week.....total 137. 4 more to go.

Milestone of the week: I heard through the grapevine that one of my clients said she thought I had lost too much weight. HA! I have never ever ever been called "too thin"! It's so funny. First of all, there's no way a 5' 3" person who weighs 139 can be too thin. Second....yes, I do look much thinner than most if not all of my friends because they are all just a bit overweight.....duh. I think this may be the start of peer pressure to stick with the status quo......NOT GONNA HAPPEN!

Ahhh, so refreshing to be the thinnest person in the room instead of the fattest for a change. :mrgreen:

Happy Pre-Thanksgiving Weekend Everyone!

I'm still on a plateau at 153, but that is fine. Just for the sake of "officially" reaching goal, I would like to see 150 on the scale, but it is really just a mind/numbers game.

I'm baaaack!

After a month plateau and then two weeks of emotional eating...I have been back on the program for two weeks. I lost 4 pounds this week to bring me to 98 pouds lost total. Very close to that 100 mark!

I lost 2.3 lbs this week and I FINALLY made the 60# club! It has been slow going (but going) for the last month. We are leaving tomorrow for a 9 day road trip to visit family for the holidays. Happy Thanksgiving to everybody!

Way to go losers! You have all done great! Keep steady on your program through the holiday and make sure to remain accountable after.

This was a slow week for me. I lost 1.6 lbs this weeks putting me still 1.2 lbs from the 150 lb club. Hopefully by next weekend down that 1.2.

Everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy your friends/family as you spend time with them!

Way to stick to your guns, Jo! You are the new status quo, THEY are feeling the peer pressure and they're just nervous at the thought of trying to keep up with you. hehe
You and I are the same height with the same "goal" weight. I still have 16 lbs to go but I can definitely say, with out a doubt, I could probably stand to lose another 10 after reaching goal and be A-OK. We'll see though. ;)

Down 2.6 this week for me. LOVE IT! :D

You guys have a happy, HAPPY Thanksgiving and for anyone traveling, BE CAREFUL! We'll be leaving Wednesday after work, won't be back until Monday evening so we'll miss weigh in on Sunday, we'll post once we're back though. Image

I lost 5 lbs since my last weigh in, which I believe was a week ago, but I'm feeling a little foggy about that for sure! It's been a busy week ;)

sticking to the plan!!!

Good morning all,

Thanks for giving me lots of motivation to stick with the plan this morning!!! Your posts inspired me to buckle down and stick to the plan 100%.

After a "little" cheat during the week, and a BIG cheat last night I knew I had to be accountable or I would simply stray from this program once again.

I forced myself onto the scale this morning and had quite the sigh of relief to see I eeked out a 1 pound loss this week.

I know I need to be totally compliant to reach my goal. I just need to remember how full I felt last night and this morning and how much lighter and energetic I do all the other MF mornings.

good morning all! Down a whopping 4.4 pounds this week!!! :whoohoo: Putting me in the 120# club, and weighing 216.3, and total loss of 123.7 pounds on medifast! Just 16.3 pounds to goal! Good luck to everyone else today!

Congratulations all you accountable MF people!
And congratulations to me too. I am a happy maintainer staying at somewhere between 4 and 5 pounds below goal!
I'm mostly at 8-10 in clothes now and feeling great!
Helps me stay accountable to do the Sunday Roll Call. Besides I get excited to see all of you progressing and pressing toward goal!

Howdy, y'all. Sounds like everyone's doing well this morning. I'm still a happy maintainer, too. Up a tad this morning, thanks to some extra salt yesterday, but I'm sure it'll be gone in a day or so.

Still working out regularly five to six days a week (although I'll be taking a break from my normal routine while I'm out of town over the weekend). This week another pair of size 6 jeans magically became a little too big.

well I never posted my loss from last week, I figured most of it was stress related so I didn't care, I was at 167 with a 2 lb loss. THIS week is different, I am at another 2.5 lb loss weighing in at 165.5....WOW!!!! I can't believe I am half way through the 160's and getting so close to my first goal. YEAH ME!!!!
