Had a good week. Down 3.4 :D Plus I made my 20# goal. :D

I sure do admire all of you for staying accountable. You all are such an inspiration for me.
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

We are on vacation in Grants Pass, Oregon, so no idea on the weigh in. Way to go all you lo9sers and maintainers.
