Good morning all! Only 1 pound this week but I will not be upset by this being that it put me in that onederful place called ONDERLAND! Plus I was looking at my weight loss chart and the last time I had a 1pound week the next week I lost 7 so I am hoping for a big week this week!
Hope everyone has a great day
Lisa

Congrats Lisa! People like you on this forum are my inspiration and motivation. When I feel urges to eat and cheat I read the archives on this forum. Works everytime .
Anyway, I lost another 5 pounds, making my total to exactly 10 pounds. So I can say that popular phrase now - Unca, will you please put me in the 10# club? Thanks! I wish everyone a blessed day.
I had a flat week with no loss. I still feel good about it because I lost 1/2" off my waist, 1/2" off my chest and bumped up weight training to hopefully jump start some more losing.
Here's to everyone working towards your own personal goals !!!
Hi from HOT Okalahoma City. Logging in from our son's home here just to see how you all are doing. Only have time to read the Roll Call and to congratulate the losers and maintainers.
Granddaughter Katie is graduating HS today. So proud of her!
Miss you all, and plan to be back on Hot Springs soil first part of the week. No weigh until then.
Well my weight loss of 2 pounds for this week put me in the 20 pound club at least! I really didn't expect much due to PMS. Grats everyone on your success, and WTG Lisa for "Onederland!"
After having a major and I mean major off plan meal on Friday night, I still managed to lose this week. and it is really a good thing, I needed to see something positive today.
I have lost 1.4lbs this week, so I am officially in Onederland... Whoo Hoo....
Now I get to schedule that massage that my husband gave me for when I reached my first mini-goal....
I wasn't going to post today since I thought that my earlier loss would be gone due to friday night's meandering, but since I am there and have held it, I am claiming it... LOL
Have a good Sunday everyone.
Terri

Congrats to all you losers and maintainers -- you're doing great!
I did not have a loss this week -- in pounds. But, I measured myself yesterday and in one week, I have lost over 3.5 inches. I didn't think that was possible, so I re-measured -- yep! had that much inch loss.
I started working out daily, alternating light weight training and cardio -- this may have accounted for my maintaining my weight. Hopefully, it'll start to drop again SOON!!
Bobbi RE-start date: 10/27/06 (33lbs lost; 12 gained=21 lost on MF prior to re-start)
