Okay, I just want to say that this is my first weigh in and I DON'T want to weigh in because I am a day late and I cheated (BooHoo)
, yesterday!! I ate two bowls of rice--I was craving carbs like the devil.
I have been on the plan for three weeks and was losing very well, although I haven't been faithful. I have had a couple of glasses of red wine each night before bed--a habit I have had for YEARS and am finding it hard to break.
However, I have lost an average of 3 pounds a week so far--9 pounds. I don't want to weigh in until I haven't cheated...Last weight was 192.0 pounds, so when I weigh in next week, I will see if I have done better.
So, you guys, wish me luck, pray for my strength and encouragement--I have lots of stress right now and I always eat because of boredom!
