Well, I didn't make my mini-goal as planned but I did lose 1.3 lbs to put me at exactly 200lbs now, man... if I don't make it to under 200lbs this week....

Happy Mother's Day to all you Mothers (and Mother Makers) out there.
Wow! Fantastic numbers from all the previous posters.
Lost 3 pounds this week for a total of 43 pounds in 7 weeks. Averaging just a teensy bit over 6 pounds per week! Who'd a thunk? (I know I never imagined it possible.) And bonus news, since starting, my blood sugar levels for the past month have averaged in at 116!!! That's about a 60 point drop from my previously untreated levels.
Thanks to all of you on this board for making this all come true.
Taking my 85 year old mom to the ballgame at AT&T Park this afternoon and hopefully see my Giants beat the $%%^!@# Dodgers!
And again, congrats to all you Losers out there.

I am happy to report that I am down 5.5 for the week and now in the 30lb club. Look out 40 here I come. My goal is to be in the 50lb. club by June 8 when I take a long weekend to Sin City.

I could'nt check in last week because we had all those brush fires here in Florida and I had to work bookoo over time. I actually gained 5lbs
but I think it was due to the stress and the fact that I worked 2 18 hour shifts back to back and not enough water intake.
Any way I am proud to report a loss of 11 lbs this time and I have been craving CHEESE, but I will not give in

I've shed 3.7 this week, which is high for me! Total loss of 37 lbs since March 16th. I'll take it!

Woot!! 3.4 pounds this week AND I am in size 16's now!! 11 inches lost overall so far, woohoo! I did 20 minutes of pilates for the tummy/abdomen area twice this week, exercise must help.

After no loss for almost 2 weeks. I am down 3.5lbs this week.
I AM NOW IN THE 20LB CLUB. WAHOOO!!!
That makes 23lbs since April 2nd.
