I'm not sure why I'm even bothering, but I'm down 0.2 for the week. Despite sticking to the plan 100 percent and not having any cheat meals for three weeks. If things don't pick up, I'll be feasting on something nice and unhealthy next week (for one meal only, of course).

Well, I had a plateau that lasted most of the week and I only lost 1lb this my 3rd week. But hey, my clothes are starting to fall off of me so I'm still very happy!
My hubby also had a plateau week and lost 1lb making his weight loss 10lbs in 2 weeks.
